Privacy Policy
Last updated 21 October 2026
This policy applies to all apps, games, websites, plugins and other products we make or run, now or in the future (together, “products”), including this website, solomonov.xyz. It explains what data they may handle, why, and what you can do about it.
“We”, “us” and “our” mean the developer of these products, who is responsible for your data under this policy (its “controller”). You can write to us at hello@nospam.solomonov.xyz.
In short
- A product collects what it needs to work and to get better, and, in free products with ads, to show ads.
- Outside services that help run our products get only the data they need for that.
- We don’t sell your personal data for money.
- You can ask us what we have about you, and ask us to delete it.
What may be collected
Not every product collects all of this. What each one collects depends on what it does and on what you allow.
- Device and technical data: IP address, device type and model, operating system, browser, app version, language, time zone, country or region, and identifiers such as an installation ID, a cookie ID or, if you allow tracking, your device’s advertising identifier.
- Usage and diagnostics: which features and screens you use, what you search for, how a product performs, errors and crash reports.
- Content you create or submit: text, notes, photos, files, reminders, messages, settings and anything else you put into a product.
- What you send to AI features: your text or files, with the context the feature needs, such as earlier messages, go to an AI provider to produce the result.
- Account and connection data: if a product has accounts or connects to another service for you, your name, email address and sign-in details, and the tokens or keys that service issues.
- Location: approximate location from your IP address. Precise location only if a product asks for it and you allow it.
- Purchases: what you bought, its price and its status. App stores and payment providers handle the payment itself; we don’t see your full card details.
- Messages you send us: your email address, what you write, and any details you or the product add, such as the app version and device.
- Website visits: server logs (IP address, page, browser, referring page and time) and analytics cookies.
How it is collected
- From you, when you enter or send it.
- Automatically, by the product, the tools built into it and cookies, while you use it.
- From app stores, payment providers and services you connect.
Why it is used
- To provide the products and the features you ask for, such as sync, purchases, AI results and support.
- To understand how the products are used, to fix and improve them, and to build new ones.
- To show and measure ads in products that have them, and to personalise them if you allow it.
- To send you messages about a product, and marketing only if you agree to it.
- To keep the products secure and to prevent fraud and abuse.
- To comply with the law, and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Where the GDPR or a similar law applies, we rely on providing the service you asked for, on our legitimate interest in running, securing and improving our products, on legal obligations, and on your consent where a product asks for it, such as for analytics or tracking. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Where it is kept
Depending on the product: on your device, in your own cloud account such as iCloud, or on servers run by us or by service providers for us.
Who receives it
- Service providers that help run our products: app stores and payments (such as Apple and Google), hosting and storage, analytics and crash reporting (such as Google Firebase and Google Analytics, see how Google uses this data), AI providers (such as OpenAI and Anthropic) and email.
- Advertising partners: in free products with ads, ad networks and the platforms that manage them, such as Appodeal and its partners. They collect device, usage and approximate location data, your IP address, and your advertising identifier if you allow tracking, to show, measure and personalise ads and to prevent fraud.
- Services you connect or ask a product to reach, such as an account you link or a public source of information. They receive what the request needs, and your IP address.
- Others, when needed: authorities where the law requires it, anyone needed to protect rights, safety and property, and a buyer or successor if a product or our business changes hands, who will remain bound by this policy.
These companies handle data under their own privacy policies. We choose ones that protect it at least as well as this policy describes.
We don’t sell your personal data for money. Where a product shows personalised ads and you allow tracking, some laws, such as California’s, may call that “selling” or “sharing”. You can stop it at any time by turning tracking off.
These services may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where the law requires it, they protect it with safeguards such as the EU’s standard contractual clauses.
How long it is kept
Only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires. After that it is deleted or made anonymous.
- On your device or in your cloud account: until you delete it.
- Analytics: for a limited time, then deleted or aggregated.
- Website server logs: kept for security and visit statistics, with no set end date.
- Account data: while the account exists, and for a reasonable time after it is closed.
- Emails: as long as needed to help you and to keep a record.
Your choices
- Consent: where a product asks for analytics, tracking, notifications, location, photos or other access, you can say no, and change your mind later in the product or in your device settings.
- Tracking on iPhone and iPad: Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
- Cookies: you can block them in your browser, or use Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on.
- Deleting: deleting an app removes what it kept on your device. Data in your cloud account can be removed in its settings.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to get a copy of it, to object to or restrict how it is used, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your local data protection authority. To use them, write to us and say which product you mean. Where a product has no accounts, data tied only to a random ID may be impossible for us to find or to connect to you. We’ll reply within a month.
Children
Our products are not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their data. If you think a child has sent us personal data, write to us and we’ll delete it.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect data, but no product, device or service is perfectly secure.
Changes
We may update this policy as our products change. The date at the top shows the current version. A product may give more detail about its data in the product itself or in its store listing; that detail adds to this policy.
